The corporate management is built on the basis of the justice, honesty, responsibility, transparency, professionalism and competence.

The effective structure of corporate management assumes respect for the rights and interests of all the Company stakeholders and promotes successful Company activity, including the growth of its value, maintenance of financial stability and profitability.

The principles of corporate management are focused on creation of trust in relationships, arising in connection with the Company management, and form the basis of all the rules and recommendations, contained in the subsequent chapters of the Code.
